Location of incident: San Carlo Town Hall
Small explosions could be heard from outside of the station, and when I moved toward the direction of the sound, I found an unconscious woman next to the Town Hall, which was later identified as Grace McKellic, administrator of the hospital. I also found the Town Hall destroyed by what seemed to be some kind of heavy artillery.

12/07/2021:
According to the victim that survived, Grace McKellic, in interview with officer Goodman, the attack was done by a military helicopter, possibly a Black Hawk Helicopter.
According to the mayor Martinho Larsson, in interview with officer Xavier, he would only have one known enemy: Miller High Time, and he provided us a list of recent employees that were fired, but all of them lack the economical power to be the responsible for this attack.
01/17/2022:
Forensic reports points that a few of the projectiles found had partial epithelial DNA and fingerprints, after analysis through some databases, and use of some softwares to combine the partials and try to create an usable fingerprint from them, a match was found: Tom Hartley, currently employed at Seccom. A warrant was requested for his detainment, for questioning.
