DESCRIPTION
I, sergeant Beauregard, was on patrol when I noticed a woman in an alley with a spray paint doing, in her words, an "art project". I inquired her about authorization to do such thing, and she lied about having authorization by the Chamber of Commerce to do so, but failed to prove that, and when the Town Hall was consulted, they informed that there was no such project of art on the San Carlo's alleys.
