DESCRIPTION
On March 11th, I was on patrol when I stopped at the Tiki Bar to grab some water, and I stopped to have a chat with a couple. The woman, then, reported to me that on the previous day, March 10th, a short black man, probably around 5'3" and 5'9", wearing dark clothes, harassed her and touched her under her skirt, and asked her for a kiss, that she was unwilling to provide. She was able to run away, and escaped by darting into the pizzeria.
