DESCRIPTION
Monday morning at approx. 11:40 am, Dtv. Rathburn was exiting the station. A few moments later, heard gunshots coming from inside the diner. Upon arriving at scene, he dispersed a few people trying to congregate outside, accessing whether the shooter was still actively in the building. Deeming the scene clear to enter, he proceeded in, hearing female voices coming from the kitchen. One, identified as only 'Ashley', exited first. One of the victims, Mariella DeRosa, exited next, bearing wounds around her neck conducive with strangulation with rope or cord. Informing the detective Chuck Berger had been shot multiple times, Dante contacted the EMT's and assisted in stabilizing Mr. Berger until they arrived. Ms DeRosa also identified the shooter as Tony Esposito. Dante relayed this information to dispatch to establish an APB for Mr. Esposito immediately. When EMT's arrived, they egressed Mr. Berger to the ER. Both females did not require medical assistance.
Analysis of evidence, and connection to statements proves quite a few things: The video feed shows Ms. Desire appear to have a short communication with Mr. Esposito, who appears to produce a clutch of folded paper (presumed to be money) from his pocket before Ms. Desire takes a carafe of scalding milk (prints submitted from carafe) and proceed to enter the kitchen. The medical report given in regards to the victim's injuries prove his second degree burns were caused by a searing, protein-based liquid (analysis of this submitted in the medical report). It can be safely stated Ms. Desire corroborated with Mr. Esposito in the assault of the victim, though no evidence concretely suggests she was the actual shooter.
